St. James Lutheran is a Preschool – 8th grade school serving Greater Lafayette area families. Our passion for education began in 1851 in a one room school house and, while much has changed, our dedication to sharing our Christian faith and love with all who walk through our doors has remained unchanged. There are many fine schools in our county, parents choose St. James because we strive to provide a strong faith basis as well as excellent academics.
