I believe learning is happening all the time and is interwoven through all developmental domains. These include: physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language. My goal is to make this ongoing learning experience safe, positive, and fun. I strive to guide them into the next stage of development with confidence in themselves and an excitement for continued learning.

Education:Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education – Ivy Tech Community Colleg

I teach at St James because I love being in a Christian community and working close to my two boys. We have a long family history of graduates from St. James, including myself. I feel fortunate to be a part of this community and sharing Christian values with the children. 

I believe it’s important to have a loving, nurturing and safe environment to build trust while creating stimulating spaces that encourage exploration and independent play. My classroom always has calm music playing and we focus on developing and learning new skills.
