Kindergarten Preview Night

At St James, we recognize early childhood is a significant period in human development. Kindergarten at St. James takes into account each child’s prior knowledge, skills, attitude, learning pace, personality traits, interests, goals, and learning styles. Our program offers a variety of differentiated learning experiences supporting the whole child.

Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Caren Bunch, will share how St. James emphasizes a play based curriculum which celebrates childhood, while providing a seamless transition into the traditional elementary school setting.

Directions and Parking

We are located in downtown Lafayette, Indiana. The entrance to the main parking lot is located on 9th Street (between Union and Cincinnati Streets). The entrance to the parking lot is up a short incline next to our large playground on the back side of the church.

Members of our staff will greet you and direct you to Door #12 where you will be guided to the Kindergarten Room.
