Why Choose St. James?
A Tradition of Excellence
St. James Lutheran has been partnering with Christian families in the Lafayette area to educate and challenge young people for a life of Christian service since 1851.
With God as our foundation, we educate and equip for service, for Christ, the mind, heart, and spirit of the 21st-century learner.
Meaningful relationships developed within a Christian context help students mature in their faith and develop the confidence to discover God’s world and their place in it. We care for each other here at St. James Lutheran and cultivate a culture of belonging for all students. We believe in a balanced education, providing spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth to prepare youth to be responsible citizens at home and in their community.
Health and Safety
